SNEF Research Advisory Panel

The formation of the Research Advisory Panel (RAP) arose from SNEF’s identification of a critical lack of systemic, forward-looking research from the employer’s perspective in the national labour market discourse.

To better enable SNEF to champion employers’ interests with data-driven insights, SNEF has established RAP, consisting of 5 distinguished academics who will provide expertise and independent insights to guide SNEF’s research agenda and better enable SNEF to champion employers’ interests with data-driven insights.

RAP will:

  • Inform and Strengthen Research Direction: Identify future workforce trends and critical areas of study.
  • Ensure Research Rigour: Collaborate with SNEF to scope research initiatives with robust methodologies and actionable insights.
  • Enhance Advocacy: Provide independent perspectives to support data-driven recommendations that benefit both employers and workers.
