Tripartism

In the tripartite system, SNEF is the body representing employers and it aims to be the trusted partner of the National Trades Union Congress representing the labour movement, and the Ministry of Manpower representing the Government.

SNEF’s vision is to help organisations achieve sustainable growth that is supported by responsible employment practices. Therefore, the federation aims to strengthen industrial and labour relations through advancing tripartism and responsible employment practices. Industrial peace will, in turn, help organisations achieve business sustainability.
