Our Industrial Relations Panel
The Industrial Relations Panel (IRP) assists the Council to formulate SNEF’s policies on industrial relations and labour-management issues.
The IRP is made up of senior personnel or human resource practitioners of member companies. The Chairman of each of SNEF’s 16 industry groups constitute the members of the IRP. In addition, the Council appoints a number of personnel and human resource practitioners to the IRP.
The IRP is chaired by a council member.
