SNEF supports employers in building stronger workplace integration practices that help local and foreign employees work well together, strengthen team cohesion and foster a more inclusive organisational culture. Building on the foundations of OneWorkplace.sg, these programmes and resources are designed to help companies take practical steps towards better communication, stronger leadership and a greater sense of belonging at work.
Programme Overview
SNEF supports employers through workplace integration initiatives that provide practical tools, workshops, implementation support and networking opportunities to strengthen collaboration between local and foreign employees.
Current efforts include support for the Alliance for Action on Integration of Foreign Professionals (AFA-IFP) and organising the Welcome Programme for Foreign Senior Professionals.
