Starting a new role in a different country presents both exciting opportunities and unique challenges. Organised in partnership with MOM and NTUC, the Welcome Programme for Foreign Senior Professionals helps newly arrived senior professionals gain a deeper understanding of Singapore’s business environment, workplace culture and tripartite ecosystem.
Through dialogue sessions, networking opportunities and engagements with business and tripartite leaders, participants build valuable professional connections, strengthen their understanding of local workplace norms and gain insights that support their successful integration into Singapore’s workforce and community.
