The Alliance for Action on Integration for Foreign Professionals (“AFA-IFP”) is a national initiative designed to strengthen Singapore’s position as a global hub for talent while ensuring that foreign professionals feel meaningfully integrated into the local business and social fabric.
As a Co-Secretariat of the AFA-IFP, SNEF supports the development and adoption of practical resources that help employers foster stronger workplace integration between local and foreign professionals.
