Jobs-Skills Integrator for Retail Industry

The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), in partnership with the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC), is the appointed programme partner for Jobs-Skills Integrator for the Retail Industry (JSIT-R).

As JSIT-R, SNEF is a dedicated intermediary providing retail employers with end-to-end solutions for workforce transformation, employee training and job matching services.

Using the Retail Jobs Transformation Map (JTM) as the compass, SNEF and NTUC will guide retail employers on workforce transformation. SNEF and NTUC will also work with unions, Trade Associations and Chambers, Continuing Education and Training (CET) Institutes and Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) to redesign their jobs to support retail transformation.
