Membership Application

Membership Subscription Fee

The membership subscription fee is based on the total number of local and foreign employees based in Singapore.
The fee starts from $350.00 to a maximum of $3,750.00 annually.
The first-time subscription payment comprises of the Annual Subscription and One-Time Entrance Fees.
Annual Subscription Fee Structure:
For the first 25 employees
:$350.00
For the next 125 employees
:$10.00 per employee
For the next 150 employees
:$9.00 per employee
For the next 100 employees
:$8.00 per employee
Above 400 employees
:No additional investments
 
One-time Entrance Fee for New Members:
Up to 90 employees
:$300.00
More than 90 employees
:30% of annual subscription fee
Note : Fees quoted are before the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Key Points to Note

All fields in the Application Form are compulsory, unless not applicable for the company.
The company will be assigned to a relevant Industry Group based on the company’s primary business activity. This allows for networking with member companies of similar business activities, invitations to member exclusive Industry Group Meetings and assignment of a SNEF consultant to your company.
For subsequent membership renewals, the subscription fee will be adjusted to our Financial Year (Apr – Mar) and calculated based on the Total Number of Employees reported as at 31 Jan or 31 Jul.

Membership Application Process

The application will be reviewed and approved by the SNEF Council within 2 weeks.

Upon approval, a confirmation e-mail with the Company ID, Industry Group and HR consultant details will be sent to the Main Representative.
A membership welcome package which consists of the SNEF Membership Details, Membership Certificate and Rule Book* will be sent via registered mail to the company’s address the following month.
*The terms and conditions of the SNEF membership such as the subscription renewal, billing cycles, resignation procedures and other important membership information are detailed in the Rule Book.
