Age Management Grant

WORKPRO

The WorkPro scheme is jointly developed by MOM and the Workforce Singapore (WSG) in consultation with SNEF and NTUC.

AGE MANAGEMENT GRANT

Employers are encouraged to raise awareness of good age management practices, build an age-friendly workplace and assimilate their older workers within their organisations.

This grant offers up to $20,000 for companies to adopt progressive age management practices.

Age Management comprises seven key areas:
a) Fair employment
b) Re-employment
c) Job redesign
d) Flexible work arrangements
e) Performance management
f) Well-being programmes
g) Multi-generational workforce

Compulsory modules under the grant include:
a) Age Management Course
b) Job Redesign Course
c) Workplace Health Promotion Facilitator Course

Companies may also consider elective modules to fulfil the deliverables of the grant (terms and conditions apply).

Applications must be submitted directly by the companies. Third parties application through consultants or vendors will not be accepted. MOM, WSG, SNEF and NTUC’s e2i do not endorse any consultants or vendors and their services or products. SNEF will not be responsible for any costs incurred by the company for the services rendered by the above-mentioned personnel or parties and any outcomes resulted from such services.
