The Workplace Integration (WIN) programme helps employers integrate employees across different cultures and societal norms to develop inclusive workplaces for greater cohesion, harmony and productivity.


Community Integration Fund

Initiated by the National Integration Council to encourage closer collaboration among people and both private and public sectors, CIF helps co-fund projects to:
a) Promote social integration
b) Provide opportunities for interaction
c) Develop deeper understanding and appreciation of one another’s practices and cultures
