The OneWorkplace.sg (OWP) programme aims to promote and strengthen employers’ capabilities to build integrated workplaces which will help employees from different backgrounds to work and interact well with each other. Companies are encouraged to kickstart integration efforts by utilising the OWP Starter Kit and register a company representative to access further resources such as assistance in receiving up to 80% co-funding support under the Community Integration Fund (CIF) for your integration projects, engagement sessions on workplace integration best practices and useful infographics about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I).
