Programme Introduction

The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF), in partnership with the Tripartite Alliance for Dispute Management (TADM) and Tripartite Alliance on Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), the Ministry of Manpower and the National Trades Union Congress, is pleased to organise a Seminar on Fair and Responsive Management of Disputes for All Employees on Fri, 20 Oct 2017.

The seminar will be graced by Minister for Manpower, Mr Lim Swee Say.

Participants will hear first-hand as Minister announces the new Tripartite Standards on Grievance Handling, which specifies a set of verifiable and actionable employment practices, thus enable employers to effectively manage workplace grievances. Minister will also share the progress made by TADM in helping employers and employees resolve disputes amicably, since its launch in Apr 2017.

The seminar will also feature a tour of TADM’s Customer Services Centre, as well as employers’ sharing on how they have put in place policies and procedures to manage their workplace grievances to build an inclusive and harmonious work environment.
