Technological advancements and shifts in social demographics have always been a major contributor to job transformation. The recent COVID-19 pandemic has also significantly accelerated the adoption of digital transformation and altered the way we work. It is therefore critical for HR Practitioners to identify and prioritise new work arrangements including part-time and job-sharing.

This workshop aims to walk participants through a journey of understanding the types of jobs, fine-tuning of compliance / workplaces policies and practices to the effective implementation of Part-Time work and Job Sharing. Through practical case examples, participants will also gain better understanding of job crafting as well as preparing job holders for their roles.

Employers / HR Practitioners who are interested to apply for the Senior Workers Early Adopters Grant (SWEAG) and / or Part-Time Re-Employment Grant (PTRG) are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop to optimise the work processes given government incentives.

Employers, HR Practitioners, Managers and Executives, who wish to better understand how to implement part-time work and / or job sharing effectively.

Mix of lectures, case studies and discussions.
