COMPENSATION & TOTAL REWARDS (HANDS-ON-SERIES)
Compensation & Total Rewards (hands-on series) is designed to provide a solid grounding to HR professionals in the area of compensation & benefits, in the Singapore context. It covers total rewards concepts, core processes, tools, methods, theories, influences, approaches, communication principles unique to pay and conceptual framework for managing total rewards for an organization. In-programme activities will allow learners to relate these concepts to their own experience, build hands-on skills and build confidence in communicating about pay. Learners will also be able to plan, implement and review their reward practices.
