As a trade union of employers, we offer a key and exclusive benefit to SNEF Members in managing industrial relations, and offering human resource consultancy services to those who require advice on:

- Consultation on situational HR challenges
- And other related issues
The aim of our Industrial & Workplace Relations (IWR) services is to seed the values of tripartism (including non-unionised workplaces), and encourage the human resource management of Members towards responsible and progressive employment practice, in line with tripartite guidelines.
The IWR team is also appointed by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as Tripartite Mediation Advisers to help the Ministry mediate disputes involving professionals, managers and executives.
How We Work
Our services are rendered by a team of highly experienced advisors/consultants, with a focus on enabling and enhancing human resource management practices of Members. The overarching aim is to attain and maintain harmonious workplace relations with their employees and the trade union of employees (if any).
IWR consultations are rendered:
- Through emails
- On the phone
The content of our discussions are respectfully kept confidential.
Our IWR services may also be engaged on project basis, for purposes such as:
- Salary increments
- Collective agreement negotiations with a trade union of employees
- Representing the Member in dispute resolution with the trade union of employees at the Ministry of Manpower and/or Industrial Arbitration Court
