Stretch & Tone

Move through a series of stretching and toning exercises to improve overall functionality of the body. Using a variety of methods such as static, dynamic, yoga-based, alignment based, and PNF, we can relax hypertonic muscle groups and improve range of motion available at the joints. This activity will help improve mobility and overall health of the entire body.

Kawaii Crane

Origami is the art of paper-folding. Crane origami (orizuru) is the most classic folding in Japanese origami. It is a symbol of hope and healing during challenging times. For this workshop, participants will learn the improvised orizuru where by the wings are exaggerated.
Workshop materials: Free workshop materials (e.g. assorted paper) will be provided to the first 40 registrants who register and provide their Singapore-based Postal Address via this form by 17 May 2022. Other participants may wish to prepare the above-mentioned materials for the workshop so that you may follow along with the instructor.
