The Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) Requests has been released today. This mandatory and practical Guidelines sets out how employees should request for FWAs and use them responsibly, and how employers and supervisors should handle FWA requests while acknowledging that employers continue to have the prerogative to decide on work arrangements for business/operations sustainability. Employers are expected to abide by the Guidelines when they come into effect on 1 December 2024. Join us at this briefing-cum-dialogue to understand the practicality aspects considered for employers and  be engaged in the Dialogue session with Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment & Ministry of Manpower Dr Koh Poh Koon.

CEOs are driving change to elevate employee wellbeing as a business growth strategy within their organisations. Join us as we explore how CEOs can be the catalyst for change on Workplace Mental Wellbeing to drive business outcomes.

Moderated by Mr Bob Grove from Workwell Leaders, the CEO panel comprising of Mr Lam Chee Weng from Singapore Pools, and Ms Kabita Kathigeyan from MHC Medical Network, will discuss how leaders’ mindsets have shifted on wellbeing from purely an HR pillar to becoming a leadership priority as well as how they have managed their own wellbeing to become better leaders themselves.

The panel will also candidly share their own challenges as leaders in transforming organisational culture as advocates for workplace mental health and the lessons they have learned along the way.

New Part-Time Re-employment Grant (PTRG)

The New Part-time Re-Employment Grant (PTRG) will provide funding support of up to $125,000 to employers who offer part-time re-employment, other flexible work arrangements (FWAs) and structured career planning (SCP) to senior workers.

Workplace Outreach Wellness (WOW)

Workplace Outreach Wellness (WOW) is a programme co-funded by Health Promotion Board (HPB). It includes a variety of workplace health and wellness activities, which aims to promote healthy behaviours and equip staff members with information and abilities they need to make healthy lifestyle decisions.
