10:00: SNEF Briefing-cum-Dialogue on the Tripartite Guidelines on FWA Requests

2 May 2024

The Tripartite Guidelines on Flexible Work Arrangement (FWA) Requests has been released today. This mandatory and practical Guidelines sets out how employees should request for FWAs and use them responsibly, and how employers and supervisors should handle FWA requests while acknowledging that employers continue to have the prerogative to decide on work arrangements for business/operations sustainability. Employers are expected to abide by the Guidelines when they come into effect on 1 December 2024. Join us at this briefing-cum-dialogue to understand the practicality aspects considered for employers and  be engaged in the Dialogue session with Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment & Ministry of Manpower Dr Koh Poh Koon.
