“One in-house training programme where On-the-job (OJT) training can be counted towards in-house training programme requirement…”

          The Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) is pleased to partner the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to organise an in-person SNEF-MOM Post Committee of Supply Dialogue with Minister for Manpower on Tue, 28 Mar 2023.

  •       As a follow up to the Singapore Budget and the Committee of Supply Debate 2023, this member-exclusive dialogue will focus on the Ministry of Manpower’s key policy announcements that are relevant to employers such as:
  • ► Update on Complementarity Assessment (COMPASS) Framework;
    ► Changes in Work Pass requirements;
    ► Changes in CPF contribution rates and monthly salary ceiling; and
    ► Support for hiring of senior workers, persons with disabilities and ex-offenders

    3.        Join us at the dialogue and hear from Dr Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower, on the Ministry’s effort in supporting our employers and enabling our workers. 

    This event is complimentary for SNEF members.

    New Part-Time Re-employment Grant (PTRG)

    The New Part-time Re-Employment Grant (PTRG) will provide funding support of up to $125,000 to employers who offer part-time re-employment, other flexible work arrangements (FWAs) and structured career planning (SCP) to senior workers.

    Workplace Outreach Wellness (WOW)

    Workplace Outreach Wellness (WOW) is a programme co-funded by Health Promotion Board (HPB). It includes a variety of workplace health and wellness activities, which aims to promote healthy behaviours and equip staff members with information and abilities they need to make healthy lifestyle decisions.
