Alex will share insights on the significance of workplace wellness and shed light on why businesses and HR managers are introducing corporate wellness programmes to enhance employee productivity. Through engaging storytelling, Alex will unravel the 'why, what, and how' of corporate wellness, providing valuable strategies for a healthier and more productive workplace.

Participants will gain a broad understanding on the prevention of infectious diseases in the workplace, as well as handling potentially difficult situations involving infectious diseases and employees. Skills and knowledge on how to implement or update workplace policies, procedures, and programmes to ensure the proper compliance to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and employment laws & regulations. The topics which would be covered include the chain of infection, prevention measures, antimicrobial resistance, and stigmatisation, whilst covering infectious diseases such as HIV, TB, flu, and the coronavirus.
